Refund Policy

At Pearl Photography & Co., I want you to love your photos. Please read the following so we’re on the same page before booking.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date. This deposit secures your spot on my calendar and covers administrative preparation for your session.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Sessions cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice may be rescheduled to a new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable.

If I need to cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or the option to reschedule — your choice.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Edited galleries are delivered after full payment has been received.

Digital Products

Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales of edited digital galleries are final once delivered. If you’re unhappy with your gallery, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll do my best to make it right.
